Our new 7,000 bushel dryer is finished and helping us tremendously.  The new dryer stands next  to the '08, 10,000 bushel dryer seen in the picture to the right.  The new dryer will bring our total drying capacity to 27,000 bushels per hour.  The new dryer has allowed us to run long dump hours this fall. To date, we have not had to shut the dump pits down early and in fact have been able to run extended hours most days.  This summer we also poured a pad of concrete around all the bins and dryers to help with drainage and also to make the environment safer and cleaner.  With the addition of our new scale, giving us two inbound and one outbound, we have added a new, faster outbound printer with a reprint button for those that want an extra ticket.  To make the inbound process quicker and more efficient, new tag reader cards have been issued to each truck driver as they come in.  Our communication with our customers will be better also.  We will now be able to communicate with our customers via email, text messaging, and recorded calls with updates.  Please take a look at our new online account access program called I-VIEW.  Sign up through the I-VIEW tab on our homepage. If you have any questions about the online account access or the bid text messaging service, please give us a call at 217-435-2361 or toll free 1-877-435-2361
